SERVICE INFORMATION
How to place an Order
You can order products directly from this site by browsing our product range from the menu displayed on the homepage. Simply find the product you wish to order, add it to your Order (sometimes known as a 'Shopping Basket') and follow the instructions. We accept online payments in a secure environment by Mastercard, Visa or Maestro (Switch).
Items may also be purchased via traditional means:

Our shop is situated at 3 West Street Blandford Forum Dorset Dt11 7AW. We are open from 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday - Saturday. For more details of how to find us, please see our location map.
By Phone:
We would be pleased to take your credit card order on +44 (0)1258 452307. Your call will be taken in person from 8.30am - 5pm GMT Monday to Friday, and by answer phone at other times. Payment can be made by Mastercard, Visa or Maestro (Switch).
By Fax:
You can also fax your credit card order 24 hours a day on +44 (0)1258 452307. Payment can be made by Mastercard, Visa or Maestro (Switch).

Note: The shipping charges below are for traditional methods of payment. If you order products online via our online store the delivery charge may differ slightly.

Our Delivery Policy
We aim to dispatch orders for delivery within 7 - 10 days of placing your order. Our products are delivered direct to your doorstep by carrier. If no-one is available when the carrier calls, a card will be left asking you to contact them at their local depot. You can then arrange for another delivery date with the carrier direct. If no contact is made within 14 days, parcels will be brought back to Conyers and we will then contact you.
Terms & Conditions of Ordering
When you order from Conyers, you are accepting that you have read and understood these terms and conditions:
1. The right is reserved to change specifications, colours & prices of items described on this site at any time. All dimensions are approximate. Colours are intended as a guide only due to the limitations of the accuracy of computer monitors.
2. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
3. Delivery can only be made to the countries named in the Delivery Section. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.
4. Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified in the Delivery section. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable.
5. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
6. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
7. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
8. The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England.
Confirmation of your Order
Upon receipt of your order a confirmation email will be sent to you with details of your order and how to get in touch with us with any enquiries. Please quote your customer number in any correspondence to help us deal with your enquiry quickly.
The Conyers Guarantee:
We want you to be more than happy with your goods.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days from the date of delivery.
We will be happy to exchange, replace or refund providing the goods are returned unused and in their original packaging.
We cannot be held responsible for returned goods which are lost in transit.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you want to return your goods for an exchange or refund you may do so within 14 days, providing the goods are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Please return the goods to: Conyers 3 West Street Blandford Dorset Dt117AW, enclosing your customer order and/or order number so we can trace your details.
We cannot be held responsible for returned goods which are lost in transit.
Dealing with Complaints
All purchases are covered by our guarantee - please see above.
In the unlikely event you have a complaint please contact us by email or telephone quoting your order number - to be found on the email confirmation you received when you placed your order.
We promise our complaints procedure will be fair, confidential, effective and quick. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and will provide a likely timescale for resolving the dispute. We will keep you informed throughout the process. Our aim is to resolve all complaints within 7 days.
Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will not pass your e-mail address to any third parties.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:

- credit/debit card details
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
